At Haridwar Crafts, we take pride in the quality of every Dhan Vriddhi Wallet we ship. Our policy is simple and fair.
Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
- The wallet has a manufacturing defect
- The product delivered is different from what was ordered on our website
- The wallet was damaged during delivery
Exchanges are not applicable for change of mind, personal preference, or damage caused after delivery.
To request an exchange, contact us at support@haridwarcrafts.com or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders if the wallet is delivered more than 3 days beyond the communicated delivery date.
COD orders are not eligible for refunds.

How We Process
- Approved exchanges: replacement dispatched within 2–3 business days of receiving the returned wallet
- Approved refunds: processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
