1. Where We Ship
We ship across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time
- Prepaid orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order placement
- COD orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of WhatsApp confirmation
- Unconfirmed COD orders will not be dispatched
3. Delivery Timelines

These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary depending on courier partner, location, and circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Partners
We ship via Amazon Shipping and other registered courier partners. A tracking number will be shared with you via WhatsApp and email once your order is dispatched.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping is free on all orders across India
- No hidden charges
6. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order in real time.
7. Failed Delivery & RTO
- If a delivery attempt fails, the courier partner will attempt redelivery
- If the package is returned to us due to wrong address, unavailability, or COD refusal, re-shipping charges will apply
- Repeated COD refusals may result in COD being unavailable for future orders from the same number or address
8. Damaged in Transit
If your wallet arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
