Welcome to Haridwar Crafts. By accessing or purchasing from haridwarcrafts.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Us

Haridwar Crafts is a brand under Vedic Sciences & Commerce, a registered MSME proprietorship based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. We sell the Dhan Vriddhi Wallet and related products inspired by ancient Vedic traditions.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately represent our products including images, descriptions, and pricing. The Dhan Vriddhi Wallet contains a chemically etched brass Shri Kuber Yantra that has been siddh kiya (consecrated) at Rishikesh by pujya pandits.

Our products are rooted in traditional beliefs. We do not guarantee any specific financial, material, or spiritual outcomes. Results, if any, may vary by individual.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
  • We accept prepaid payments (UPI, cards, net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • COD orders require confirmation via WhatsApp before dispatch
  • We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed COD orders

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support@haridwarcrafts.com
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted
  • COD orders that are refused at delivery without prior cancellation may be flagged and blocked from future COD eligibility

5. Shipping

  • We ship across India via registered courier partners
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location
  • Haridwar Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

  • Exchanges accepted within 7 days for manufacturing defects, wrong product, or delivery damage
  • Refunds applicable only for prepaid orders delayed beyond 3 days from communicated delivery date

7. Intellectual Property

All content on haridwarcrafts.com — including brand name, logo, product images, copy, and videos — is the intellectual property of Vedic Sciences & Commerce. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer

The Dhan Vriddhi Wallet is a product rooted in traditional Vedic beliefs. It is not a financial instrument and does not guarantee wealth, income, or financial gains of any kind. Haridwar Crafts shall not be held liable for any expectation of financial outcome arising from the use of this product.

9. Authorized Use of Artificial Intelligence Systems

Vedic Sciences and Commerce (operating with the brand name "Haridwar Crafts") deploys artificial intelligence systems, including but not limited to automated chat assistants, generative search functions, voice agents, and other AI-driven interfaces (collectively, "AI Interfaces") to enhance customer experience, process orders, and provide support.

By accessing, querying, or otherwise interacting with any of our AI Interfaces, you explicitly agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Prompt Injection and System Manipulation (Jailbreaking): Submitting commands, encoded payloads (e.g., Base64), or conversational structures designed to bypass, alter, or override the AI Interface’s safety guardrails, system instructions, operational parameters, or intended functional scope.

  • Reverse Engineering: Attempting to extract, deduce, map, or duplicate the underlying system prompts, proprietary business logic, training data, or operational architectures powering any AI Interface.

  • Automated Exploitation and Scraping: Utilizing bots, scripts, automated testing suites, or high-frequency requests to interact with the AI Interfaces, scrape their outputs, or artificially drain underlying compute and API resources.

  • Unauthorized System Access and Data Extraction: Using the AI Interfaces as an attack vector to attempt unauthorized access to Vedic Sciences and Commerce’s backend systems, third-party integrations, proprietary data, or the personal, financial, or identifiable information of other users.

Enforcement and Liability: Any violation of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms of Service. Vedic Sciences and Commerce reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to our website and services, block your IP address or associated accounts, and nullify any pending transactions without notice.

Furthermore, attempts to utilize our AI Interfaces for unauthorized backend access, data theft, or intentional resource depletion will be treated as digital trespass and unauthorized access under applicable cybersecurity laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. Vedic Sciences and Commerce reserves the right to pursue civil damages and report malicious exploitation to the relevant legal authorities.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
